Simple Overnight Oats - With Greek Yogurt and a little honey, tangy and delicious!
My Recipe for Overnight Oats
I make my overnight oats with Greek yogurt and steel-cut oats, adding a variety of berries and honey for flavor. Here's how you can make it:
Ingredients:
1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup Greek yogurt
A Few Drops of Vanilla Extract, Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
A handful of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries added when eating)
1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
Instructions:
In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the steel-cut oats, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey.
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add a handful of mixed berries and drizzle with a little more honey.
Enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast that keeps you energized throughout the day.
